MOU with Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Alternate Dispute Resolution Center (ADRIC) Titled “The Future of Dispute Resolution in Pakistan

The Islamabad Bar Council is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre (ADRIC) at a landmark event titled “The Future of Dispute Resolution in Pakistan.”The event, organized by the Centre for Executive Education (CEE), brought together prominent figures from the legal community. The Honorable Justices of the Islamabad High Court and the Lahore High Court graced the occasion, with Mr. Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah serving as the esteemed Chief Guest.The Islamabad Bar Council acknowledges the invaluable contribution of Mr. Justice Jawad Hassan, whose dedication to the advancement of ADR has significantly impacted the field. His presence at the event further solidified its success.The MoU between the Islamabad Bar Council and IBA ADRIC signifies a pivotal step towards promoting alternative dispute resolution (ADR) practices in Pakistan. This collaboration will provide a framework for joint initiatives aimed at enhancing awareness, training, and utilization of ADR mechanisms within the legal fraternity.
